Working principleThe machine is used for tandem-twin CO2 back welding of assembled box-beam. The work-piece is sent to working position after being assembled. The welding arm with welding nozzle on it can move horizontally and vertically through carriage and trolley, making the nozzle aiming at welding seam. There is pneumatic flexible mechanical arc-tracing unit on the welding arm. The trolley moves along rail, carrying out automatic back welding of flat seam on groove of box column.4.
